Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return window? Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Are returns free? To keep our prices competitive, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels unless the item is confirmed as defective. We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Because we care about pet hygiene, all returns must be free of pet hair, odors, and signs of use to qualify.

  • What if my order arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging fragile items like pet bowls. If your item arrives with defects (e.g., broken zippers on a carrier or cracked ceramic), please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping & Orders

  • How long does shipping take? Total estimated delivery is 4–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 3–7 days transit).

  • Can I change my shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once our system begins processing your shipment, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Product & Care

  • Will the colors match what I see on screen? We strive for accuracy, but fabric colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and professional studio lighting.

  • How should I care for my pet's new gear? * Beds: Most of our beds feature removable covers that are machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with pet-safe detergent.

    • Carriers: Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew.

    • Bowls: Ceramic and stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).

  • Is my pet toy indestructible? No pet toy is 100% indestructible. We recommend supervising your pet during playtime and removing the toy if it becomes damaged or parts become detached.
