Military & Diplomatic Mail: We are proud to support our service members by shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We ensure that pets stationed abroad or at domestic bases receive their essentials safely.
2. Shipping Costs & Our Logistics Partners
We strive to keep our pricing simple and transparent, avoiding any "hidden fees" at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
We treat every order as a priority. Our timeline is split into two phases to ensure quality and speed:

This includes checking the structural integrity of carriers, inspecting seams on plush toys, and ensuring hardware is secure. We use specialized protective packaging for fragile ceramic bowls and utilize vacuum-sealing technology for beds to preserve their hygiene and shape during transit.

Transit Time (3–7 Business Days): Once your package leaves our facility, it typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location within the U.S.

4. Business Hours & Daily Cut-Off Time
Our logistics team operates during the following hours to ensure your orders move quickly:

5. Customer Responsibilities & Accuracy

Reshipment Costs: If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an insufficient address or because the delivery was refused, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to have the item sent out a second time.
