  • “Business Days”: Refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding official United States federal holidays. This is the timeframe in which we process orders and respond to customer inquiries.

2. Product Information & Pricing Policies

  • Information Accuracy: We exert every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and material textures of our pet supplies as truthfully as possible. However, customers must acknowledge that minor variations may occur due to individual screen settings, hardware calibrations, or the inherent nature of textile and ceramic production.

  • Pricing & Modifications: All prices are listed in USD. Taterinc reserves the right to modify pricing or discontinue specific products at any time without prior notice, based on market fluctuations or supply availability.

3. Shipping & Order Placement

By finalizing an order on our website, you automatically consent to our Shipping Policy:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We apply a consistent shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

  • Handling & Transit: Standard order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days.

  • Order Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or those containing significant errors in billing and shipping information.

4. Cancellations & Return Protocols

  • Order Modifications: Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted via email within 12 hours of the initial purchase. Once an order has entered the processing or packaging phase, we can no longer intervene or stop the shipment.

  • Returns & Hygiene: We offer a 30-day return window for pet gear that remains in original, unused, and resaleable condition. 5. Intellectual Property Protection

All product designs, proprietary patterns, brand photography, logos, and written website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Taterinc. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our materials—including our unique pet bed designs and promotional media—is strictly prohibited and protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

Taterinc shall not be held liable for carrier-related delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. Furthermore, Taterinc is not responsible for damage caused by pet behavior (such as chewing, scratching, or tearing) once the product has been placed in service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdictional courts.
